Climate action - Get Sh*t Done!

If you want to know how to put the action into climate action for your organisation, this is for you. Over two 45-minute sessions, you will explore a process for prioritising climate actions, how to achieve your outcomes, and how to communicate with your stakeholders during your outcomes journey.

Session 1 - The Eisenhower Box is an approach for taking action and organizing your tasks around the four Ds; Do Decide Delegate Delete. This session will focus on how your community group can prioritise climate actions against your own strategy and decide who does what.

Session 2 -  Perfect is the enemy of good starts by looking at how perfectionism can slow down action, and how to get ‘good enough’ outcomes by keeping your actions simple and measurable. We will then look at how you can communicate to your stakeholders throughout the journey towards achieving your outcomes.
